John Holland Rail engaged Bridge and Civil Pty Ltd to replace the life-expired timber overbridge at Herons Creek Road, Kendall 435.766km on the Main North Coast Line with a new concrete bridge structure. The rail line at this location is operational through the control of the ARTC. The existing bridge is to be demolished and the new bridge will be constructed on current alignment of the existing structure.
