The extent of work under this contract comprises remediation of rail underbridge piers scoured during the Cyclone Debbie Floods on the Telarah-Acacia Ridge Corridor in March 2017. 

Site Locations for the remediation works included:
1. Wiangaree, NSW – 847.973km
2. The Risk, NSW – 851.247km
3. Bromelton, QLD – 928.300km
4. Undullah, QLD – 947.187km
5. Undullah, QLD – 948.750km
6. Tamrookum, QLD – 910.921km

The extent of work is limited to the installation of scour protection to mitigate further damage from future significant weather events and in accordance with the engineering design drawings provided by the client.

The Works generally consisted of the following activities:
(a) Installation of permanent sheet pile revetment walls around bridge piers;
(b) Placement of rock between exposed interface of walls and existing ground;
(c) Placement of grouted rock between revetment walls and existing piers;
(d) Installation of reinforced concrete collars to reinstate subgrade supports;
(e) Installation of rip rap rock matting
(f) Supply and delivery of all materials and components;
